Honey, Grapes and Date Benefits:
In islamic point of views the grapes are very effective for human body .So i have read in the Book
of islamic tib that is called "Tib-e-Nabvi". the reading of that book tell us about the benefits of all
blessings of Allah which is included our food fruits, vegetable , seeds , drinks etc and we get these
things through plants.
Tib-e-Nabvi, means medical Knowledge given by Prophet Mohammad (SAW). This is also Sunnah (tradition and practice of our Prophet SAW). We eat anythings because we feel hungry; we sleep because we need for body rest. But eating and sleeping according to Tib-e-Nabvi (Medical knowledge given by Prophet PBUH) can become worship.
Allah created plants, animals and minerals for benefit of human being and Allah also gave healing effect through them. He gave healing effect in Honey.
Allah says in Holly Qur’an !
And thy Lord taught the Bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in men’s habitations. Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of (varying colors, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought. (Surah : An Nahl: Verse 68 & 69)
Honey:
It has more benefits and have also Shiffa, when child birth then its gives first of baby.
Considered to be the best remedy for diarrhea when mixed in hot water. It is the food of foods, drink of drinks and drug of drugs. It is used for creating appetite, strengthening the stomach, eliminating phlegm as meat preservative, hair conditioner, eye salve and mouthwash. It is extremely beneficial in the morning in warm water and is also a Sunnah.
Grapes:
The Prophet (SAWW) was very fond of grapes; it purifies the blood,
provides vigor and health, strengthens the kidneys and clears the bowels
Grapes also used in medicines and drugs and also make wine or vinegar (sirka) black and white both.
In the book of Health and tib mentioned if kids eat grapes with wheat bread(roti) they are very healthy.
Dates:
The Prophet (SAWW) said that a house without dates has no food, also to be eaten at the time of childbirth
Hadith from our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)
(1) The Prophet (PBUH) said: “Break your fast by eating dates as it is purifying.” (Narrated by Ahmad)
(2) The Prophet (PBUH) said: “ Whoever finds dates should break his fast with them and the one who does not should break his fast with water because it is pure”
The Prophet (Peace & blessings of Allah be on him) said:
Importance of Salat (Prayer) in the Islam:
In the Islam Namaz or prayer is the most important part . It is the 2nd pillar of islam and also pillar of religion.
Holy Prophet pbuh said! "If Namaz is accepted all other deeds are accepted. If Namaz is rejected then all other Deeds are rejected."
In the day of judgement the first Question will be raised about Prayer and also after deaththe angels
will be asked the first question about prayer (namaz). Every muslim have duty to pay their salat.
There are five prayers in a day these are called Farz Namaz. These prayers means the muslim knees
their head in front of Allah to show their obidience.Salah (Namaz) is the ritual prayer practiced by
Muslims in supplication to Allah (SWT). The term is commonly used to refer to the five daily prayers, which are compulsory upon all mature Muslims. Prayer (Namaz) is considered the most important act of worship (Ibadah) in Islam and its importance is such that under very few circumstances it can be omitted.
Quran and Sunnah says about Namaz;
Allah (SWT) has said in the Noble Qur'an: "I have not created the jinn and humankind for any other purpose except that they should worship Me." (Noble Qur'an 51:56)
It is clear from the above verse of Noble Qur'an that the purpose of our birth and of our life is no other than that of the worship of Allah (SWT). There are many acts of worship (Ibadah) in Islam, and Salah is one of the most important obligatory acts.
According to a Hadith a companion of Holy Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) came to him one day and asked him "What is the thing that Allah (SW) loves most?" Holy Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) replied "The thing that Allah (SW) loves most is when his people pray Salah on time.
Holy Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) said: "Almighty Allah (SW) has set the light of my eyes in Salah (Namaz) and made it the most desirable thing for me, like the food for the hungry and the water for the thirsty. The hungry is contented after the meal and the thirsty is satisfied after drinking water. But my thirst for Salah (Namaz) is never quenched."
Namaz(Prayer) is called as Mairaj-ul-Momineen
So the Salat or Namaz is very important for every muslim.
The Five Prayers Name and time:
Fajar (Light) Before sun rising (Subha Sadiq)
Zuhar (wealth) In the Noon (Doopehr)
Asar (Health) In the afternoon (sey pehr)
Mughrib (Succession) After sun sets (Shaam)
Isha (Sleep with satisfaction) In the night (Raat)
The Prophet Muhammad pbuhsaid, "The key to Heaven is Salah(namaz) and the key to namaz (prayer) is purification".
So please make your Prayers regular then we succeed in front of Allah (SW).
very impressive and good
